How is this different from a Sprint?+
A Sprint is a bespoke one-time engagement with Amyn running the methodology by hand. Enterprise is the same methodology, delivered by an AI agent you run continuously. Firms that buy Enterprise typically run what used to be a Sprint 4 to 8 times in their first quarter, on different candidates, on different assumptions, on new data as it arrives. If you only have one question and want Amyn personally answering it, buy the Sprint. If you have a rolling question set, buy Enterprise.
Is the AI trustworthy enough to bet our transformation on?+
Trust is earned per output, not per brand. The HARBOR Agent grounds every claim in citations from the methodology corpus (Books 1+2, all 21 tool specs, every writing prompt). It grounds every data point in live USASpending + SAM pulls. It's scored against a proprietary test suite we publish quarterly. If the output isn't up to the standard of a Sprint deliverable, Amyn personally reviews and corrects it on the next run — which improves the agent for everyone. What happens to my data?+
Your data lives in a private data room on Supabase (SOC 2 inherited). We do not train any third-party models on your data. Aggregate, anonymized benchmark statistics (your dimension scores, not your firm identity) may contribute to the HARBOR Index — you can opt out in settings.
Can we invite external advisors into our workspace?+
Up to 10 seats come with Enterprise. Your fractional CFO, outside product advisor, or board member can be named seats. They see what the CEO sees.
Is there an annual commitment?+
Monthly cancelable. If you pay annually ($15K upfront), you get 17% off + a 30-day refund window. Most Enterprise customers renew annually after the first 90 days.
